With years of experience and success, Jennifer & Jeannie are both Certified Relocation Specialists with ongoing training focused on marketing & sales for listing homes of clients relocating out of the area, as well as assisting clients relocating to our area in buying or renting. We work with the client’s third-party relocation company, various affinity groups and Broker-to-Broker referrals with other agents for outside our area.

RELOCATING OUT OF OUR AREA:

We will work hand-in-hand with you, your employer and/or your third-party relocation company to walk you through all necessary steps in your relocation process, from interviewing to completing a detailed Broker Market Analysis to listing & marketing, verbal contract negotiations, handling inspections and beyond…all the way through to closing.
